Having regard to the non-attendance of both parties, pursuant to rule 47 the tribunal determined that it would dismiss the claimant’s claim and judgement has been issued accordingly. The parties attention is drawn to rule 70 of the Employment Case number 2304686/2021 Tribunal (constitutional rules of procedure) Regulations 2013 which provides either party may apply for any judgement to be reconsidered, if it is in the interests of justice to do so.
