JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The name of the respondent is amended to Sage Recruitment International Limited.(2) The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in the period 17 May 2023 – 7July 2023.(3) The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,815,65 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifteen Pounds and Sixty-Five Pence), which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Case No:2304662/2023
