The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 5 February 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant informing her that the name she had provided for the respondent appeared to be a trading name and asking her to reply within 14 days with the full and correct name of her employer. No reply was received.[2]On 21 October 2025 the Tribunal wrote again to the claimant stating that she had not replied and that it was proposed to strike out the claim because it had not been actively pursued. The claimant was given an opportunity to give reasons why that should not be done within 7 days.[3]No reply has been received from the claimant.[4]It is apparent that the claimant is not actively pursuing his claim and accordingly it is struck out.
