JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for harassment in relation to an allegation that Henry Laws harassed the claimant on 26 April 2021 in the shunters lobby is dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim because it is out of time, the Tribunal having decided that it would not be just and equitable to extend time for presentation of this claim.[2]The claimant’s claim for harassment in relation to the allegations about(1) Didier Perrine harassing the claimant on 4 & 9 February 2021 through messages which he sent to her and(2) Kevin Murphy harassing the claimant in or around the week of 26 April 2021 by assaulting her are not dismissed and will be considered at the final hearing because it is just and equitable in all the circumstances to extend time for presentation of these claims.
