[1]By a letter dated 14/11/2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because she does not appear to have been employed for two years or more.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining complaints remain listed for a telephone preliminary hearing (case management) at 10am on 20 May 2020.
