[1]The Claims of race harassment were lodged outside of the time limit for bringing such claims and it would not be just and equitable for time to be extended and accordingly those claims are dismissed.[2]The Claim that the Claimant’s dismissal was unfair is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The Claim that the Claimant’s dismissal was automatically unfair is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claim of Direct race discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.[5]The Claim of victimisation is not well founded and is dismissed. `
