JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments is not well-founded and is dismissed. It is also presented out of time where it is not just and equitable to extend time and so is in any case beyond the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.[3]The respondent concedes that it failed to pay the claimant 6 weeks’ payment in lieu of notice.
