[1]The name of the respondent is amended by consent to Mr P and Mrs N Novell, a partnership, trading as Novells Sash Windows.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages on the termination of his employment.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £864.17 which is the net sum deducted. The respondent is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance but has informed the Tribunal that the relevant payments have already been made. Approved by
