[1]The correct name of the Respondent is John Lewis plc and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]By agreement, and without admission of liability, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £33.08 in full and final settlement of the unlawful deduction of wages claim.[3]All other claims are dismissed.
