[1]The claimant’s application for a preparation time order against the respondent is not well-founded and the application is refused.[2]The Tribunal has been informed by the parties that liability and remedy is otherwise conceded, subject only to drawing up and agreeing terms of settlement. The parties shall now proceed to bring the proceedings to a conclusion within 28 days of today and shall inform the Tribunal accordingly. The claim will otherwise be re-listed for a final hearing of one day with standard case management orders.
