JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant presented his claim of sexual harassment outside the statutory time limit provided in section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it. The Claimant’s claim of sexual harassment is accordingly dismissed.[2]The Second Respondent is dismissed from these proceedings.[3]The Claimant’s claim of direct sex discrimination against the First Respondent shall proceed.
