It will make the said payment by 6 December 2019. If it does not, then Case Number: 2304495/2018 the agreement is to be treated as void and the Claimant has liberty to apply for the resumption of the proceedings by 13 December 2019.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, if the Claimant does not so apply, the claim will be dismissed upon withdrawal.
