JUDGMENT
[1]Claimant 1 and Claimant 2’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages, failure to provide itemised payslips, and failure to give a written statement of employment particulars are well founded and upheld.1.1 Claimant 1 is awarded:(a) The sum of £217.85p for unauthorised deductions from wages.(b) A higher award in the sum of £748.16p for failure of the Respondent to provide a written statement of employment particulars.(c) The total sum payable to Claimant 1 is, £966.01p which must be paid by the Respondent within 14 days of the date this judgment is sent to the parties. The Tribunal also makes a declaration that the Respondent has failed and is failing to provide Claimant 1 with itemised payslips and is urged to begin doing so.1.2 Claimant 2 is awarded: (a) The sum of £6,001.06p for unauthorised deductions from wages. (b) A higher award in the sum of £2,124.56p for failure of the Respondent to provide a written statement of employment particulars. (c) The total sum payable to Claimant 2 is, £8,125.62p which must be paid by the Respondent within 14 days of the date this judgment is sent to the parties. The Tribunal also makes a declaration that the Respondent has failed and is failing to provide Claimant 2 with itemised payslips and is urged to begin doing so.[2]Claimant 3, Claimant 4, and Claimant 5’s claims are struck out under rule 37(1)(d), as they have not been actively pursued.
