JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal under section 98(4) Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.

[2]The complaint of wrongful dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.

[3]The claims for unauthorised deduction of wages and breach of contract were not presented within the statutory time limit when it was reasonably practicable to do so. Accordingly, the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claims of unauthorised deduction from wages and breach of contract which are dismissed.
