JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: -[1]The complaints of Constructive unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages under the Employment Rights Act 1996 were not well founded and each was dismissed.[2]The Claimant was ordered to pay to the Respondent the sum of £5000 in respect of their costs incurred under Rule 76(1) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The name of the Respondent was amended forthwith from “KimberlyClark” to “Kimberly-Clark European Services Limited”.
