The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 2 October 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:- the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 23 May 2025 and it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[3]As a result, it is not considered possible for a fair Hearing to take place on the date (s) when the Hearing (s) are listed. This was a Disability Discrimination claim and the Hearing on 28 October 2025 was to determine whether or not the claimant was a disabled person. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The Hearing fixed for 28 October 2025 and 18-20 March 2026 have been vacated and will not take place. Approved by:
