The claim is dismissed under rule 47 of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.REASONS
[1]The parties were invited to attend a final hearing on 6 June 2023 by Cloud Video Platform.[2]Neither party attended the hearing.[3]There was no evidence that the parties had complied with any of the orders made and sent to the parties in the Short Track Standard Directions document. No documents had been received by the Tribunal as required by those directions.[4]Further there had been no response received to a letter asking the parties to confirm that they were ready for the hearing[5]After the start time of the hearing, both parties were called by the clerk but neither picked up the call. Further the clerk emailed the parties but no response was received.[6]Accordingly, the claim has not been actively pursued.
