JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that(i) The Respondent has made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,885 in respect of those wages calculated as follows: 26 days at £102 per day (8 hours per day at £12.75) = £2,652 Less amount already paid £766.97 £1885.03(ii) The Respondent was in breach of its duty to provide the Claimant with a statement of employment particulars and, pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, the above award is increased by £ 408 being two week’s pay.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a total of £2,293. Case No. 2304359/2018 NB The above award is expressed as a gross figure. Deductions properly made for tax and national insurance and paid over to the relevant tax authorities shall count towards the satisfaction of this award. . .
