JUDGMENT
It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages fails and is dismissed.[2]The holiday pay complaint succeeds and the Claimant is awarded £2,383.42 in respect of unpaid holiday pay.[3]The victimisation complaint succeeds against both Respondents in respect of issuing the Claimant with a “worker’s agreement” in which she was described as a “dep/stand-in”.[4]The other victimisation complaints fail and are dismissed.[5]A remedy hearing will take place by CVP at 10am on 19 July 2021.
