UPON the parties having agreed terms of settlement by e-mail communication dated 14 March 2019; AND UPON that agreement not having been formalised through ACAS as anticipated; AND UPON the terms of that agreement admitting that payment is due to the Claimant being the total amount she is seeking from the employment tribunal; And UPON the Respondent not having entered a Response; It is the judgment of the Tribunal that the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,067.67 plus costs in the sum of £600.
