Mr L Whiley v Shutters of London: 2304233/2024

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2304233/2024
Mr L WhileyClaimantShutters of LondonRespondent
Employment Judge Andrews DateDate 10 December 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 22 November 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success. This is because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction as pension contributions are excluded the definition of wages.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4 November 2024 has been vacated.
