The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 4 April 2019, and follow up letter on 8 May 2019, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out on the following ground, pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Procedural Rules 2013: the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 10 December 2018. the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done.[3]The claim is therefore struck out and the hearing listed for 10 May 2019 is vacated.
