[1]By a letter dated 6 November 2024 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his claim should not be struck out becausea. He did not attend the hearing on 6 November 2024b. He did not appear to have complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 10/06/2024c. His claim had not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
