JUDGMENT
[1]In respect of Mr Dabrowski (case number 2304156/2017), the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £3558.36 gross from the Claimant’s wages in respect of accrued but untaken leave which was outstanding at the termination of the Claimant’s holiday, and the Respondent was ordered to repay that sum to the Claimant forthwith.[2]In respect of Mr Kochanski (case number 2300403/2018), the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £3524.67 gross from the Claimant’s wages in respect of accrued but untaken leave which was outstanding at the termination of the Claimant’s holiday, and the Respondent was ordered to repay that sum to the Claimant forthwith.[3]In respect of Mr Kudla (case number 2300406/2018), the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £2521.34 gross from the Claimant’s wages in respect of accrued but untaken leave which was outstanding at the termination of the Claimant’s holiday, and the Respondent was ordered to repay that sum to the Claimant forthwith.
