JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of direct disability discrimination under Section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of discrimination because of something arising in consequence of disability under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability under sections 20 and 21 the Equality Act 2010 is not well-founded and is dismissed.
