JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application for the allegations predating 26 November 2024 to be struck out on the basis that there is no reasonable prospect of the Claimant establishing that they formed part of a continuing act with intime allegations and that there was no reasonable prospect of the Claimant showing it was just and equitable for time to be extended fails and is dismissed.[2]The Respondent’s application for a deposit order to be made in respect of the allegations predating 26 November 2024 for the same reasons fails and is dismissed.
