[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250.00 following a preliminary hearing held on16 April 2020. The Order was sent to the claimant on 20 May 2020.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of failure by the employer to pay deductions or unauthorised deductions have been made is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 9 September 2020 will not take place.
