[1]By a letter dated 8/11/2023 the Tribunal Ordered the claimant to provide further details of her claim by the 6/12/2023. The claimant did not comply. The Tribunal’s Order noted (paragraph 2) that if the Order was not complied with, the Tribunal may take such action as it considers just, including striking out the claim.[2]On the 7/12/2023 (copied to the claimant’s representative) the respondent applied for the claim to be struck out.[3]The respondent repeated its request on the 22/1/2023, again, copied to the claimant’s representative.[4]The Tribunal has not received any other correspondence from the claimant. 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case Number: 2304066/2023[5]The claimant has therefore failed to comply with the Tribunal’s Order of 8/11/2023 and has failed to actively pursue her claim.[6]The hearing fixed for 20/11/2024 will not take place.
