[1]The claims brought by the Claimant against both the first and second Respondents for: a) Detriments as a result of making protected disclosure(s) (s.43A Employment Rights Act 1996); and b) Victimisation (s.27 Equality Act 2010); and c) Breach of Contract Are dismissed as they were without reasonable prospect of success.[2]All claims brought against the second Respondent [R2] are dismissed.[3]The claim for racial discrimination and/or harassment based on race are not affected and will continue.
