[1]By a letter dated 7 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant a further opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it• it has no reasonable prospect of success in that the claimant had failed to identify any claim over which the tribunal has jurisdiction; and• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 10 August 2020.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
