JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed because the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it.[2]The claimant’s application to amend to include a complaint of constructive unfair dismissal is refused because it was not made before the expiry of the statutory time limit when it was reasonably practicable to do so.[3]The claimant’s application to amend to include a complaint of race discrimination is refused because it is not just and equitable to extend time to consider the complaint, which was made outside the statutory time limit.
