The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: The claimant’s claim of unpaid holiday is dismissed as unproven and not well- founded.REASONS
[1]By a claim received on 12 September 2019 the claimant claimed holiday pay of £60.20 in respect of his employment as a chef between 29 May and 4 July 2019[2]The claimant identified his employer in the ET1 as being MSG RECRUITMENT LTD. No response was entered, but correspondence was received from Greenfield Recovery, who appear to have been appointed as liquidators of MSG RECRUITEMENT LTD in November 2019. There is no company registered at Companies House as MSG Recruitment Ltd. 2. The hearing was converted to a CVP hearing to commence at 2 pm today. By 2.15 pm no one had attended on either side. In the absence of the claimant, and there being uncertainty as to the correct name of the respondent, I rejected the claim as unproven. Claim no: 2303969/2019
