The Respondent, by consent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1660.00 (net) for unpaid holiday pay.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent, by consent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £750.00 (net).[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum £965.00 in respect of compensation for financial loss attributable to the unlawful deduction pursuant to Section 24 (2) Employment Rights Act 1996.
