[1]The Claimant’s following complaints in her ET1 are dismissed following their withdrawal at the PHCM on 22 August 2025:(a) unfair dismissal under ss.94-98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996;(b) complaint regarding 1st Respondent’s alleged failure to make appropriate deductions of income tax and National Insurance contributions from Claimant’s wages;(c) complaint regarding 1st Respondent’s alleged failure to set up a workplace pension for Claimant;(d) complaint regarding 1st Respondent’s alleged failure to provide an appropriate P45 to Claimant.
