EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2303858/2024
Mr H FlynnClaimant1. Voice Simplified Ltd 2. Ben Thompson t/a Voice Simplified 3. Voice SimplifiedRespondent
Employment Judge Wright DateDate 3 December 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 23 July 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim against the first respondent should not be struck out because:  the claimant had not complied with the letter of the Tribunal dated 23 July 2024.  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim against the first respondent is therefore struck out.[3]The Claimant’s claims against the second and third respondent continues.
