There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because the requirements the claimant needed to comply with were discussed at the hearing on the 18 June 2025 and were confirmed in writing. The claimant had every opportunity to make enquiries of the respondent and/or of the Tribunal if he was unclear about what he needed to do. All that was required of him was to provide some dates and names to be included in the draft list of issues. The claimant is still able to pursue his remaining claims.
