JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 28 April 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice between 01-03-2024 to 23-05-2024 and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £2,899.80 gross.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,659.94 gross.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £6,559.74 in total.[5]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by her in respect of any payment received by her pursuant to this judgment.
