JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name be amended to London Stock Photography Limited, with re-service of the claim form to be dispensed with.[2]The Respondent has made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages relating to unpaid wages for August 2022 in the sum of £769.20 gross of deductions.[3]The Respondent has made further unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages relating to unused and accrued holiday pay in the sum of £528.83 gross of deductions.[4]The Respondent has made further unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages relating to unpaid expenses to which the Claimant had a contractual right to reimbursement in the sum of £130.[5]The Respondent is to pay the total sum of £1,428.03 to the Claimant. The Respondent may make any deductions required by HMRC to account for tax and national insurance payments before making the final payment to the Claimant.
