No Response having been received from the Respondent, it is the decision of the tribunal that:[1]The claim for damages for breach of contract in relation to notice pay succeeds and the Claimant is awarded £577.24 net[2]The claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and it succeeds. The Claimant is awarded a basic award of £2812.51 and no compensatory award as her new earnings exceed her earnings from the Respondent.[3]The Claimant is awarded four weeks net pay for failure to provide her with written particulars of her employment in the sum of £1080.[4]The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £4469.75.
