JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of race, age and sex discrimination are struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claim of disability discrimination is struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success, save as relates to events in 2018 concerning i. The respondent’s treatment of complaints made by the claimant to the respondent; ii. The respondent’s treatment of complaints made by colleagues against the claimant; iii. The respondent’s management of the claimant’s sick leave.[3]The remaining claims of disability discrimination, and the claims of unfair dismissal and for notice pay proceed.
