JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in respect of days worked between 21 February 2024 and 3 March 2024. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £920.16 being the total gross sum which was deducted.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay on termination of employment, under regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1998, is not well founded. It is dismissed.[3]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages of £1,833, being the gross sum due.
