[1]The claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages and breach of contract are well founded and succeed.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £7,756.85 being the amount of the unauthorised deductions from wages properly payable to the claimant.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £6,993.91.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £14,750.76.
