JUDGMENT
UPON the respective Counsel for both the parties having confirmed that all the outstanding claims have been settled AND UPON the Claimant withdrawing all his claims and complaints against the Respondent these proceedings are dismissed following withdrawal by the Claimant in accordance with Rule 52 (Schedule 1) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
