[1]The Claimants claims of unfair dismissal are well founded. This means that the Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimants.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the Claimant:a. Ms. Deuchar: £3,740.63 basic award, £20,315.63 compensatory awardb. Mrs Lamb: £5,130 basic award, £7,050 compensatory award.[3]The First Claimant’s claim that she was subjected to a detriment because she had made a protected disclosure is stayed pursuant to Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986
