JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay £130.64 to the Claimant, subject to the appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance.[2]This sum consists of £68 unlawfully deducted from notice pay and £62.64 due to failure to pay Minimum Wage.[3]The Respondent did not pay the Claimant her accrued holiday pay of £195.75 and the Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant, subject to the appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance.[4]The total to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is £326.39. .................................................
