[1]Judgment in favour of the respondent was given to the parties orally, with reasons, on 1 April 2019. The written Judgment was signed by me on the following day but not sent to the parties until 27 April 2019. In the meantime, the claimant wrote to the Tribunal on 2 April 2019 setting out why he disagreed with my Judgment. He did not expressly request a reconsideration, but I have treated his letter as such a request.[2]Having considered that request, however, I conclude that there is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked. The matters he refers to were considered by me at the hearing. They do not detract from the fact that his employment ended in 1991 and his claim form was submitted on 26 September 2018. Further, two previous claims in 1993 had been dismissed. His claim of unfair dismissal is very significantly out of time, as I explained to him at the hearing, in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable to submit it in time and further, his claim has already been determined by the Tribunal in his earlier claims. ............................................................
