JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 in the sum of £1199.25. This sum is awarded gross of statutory deductions.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant in respect of 1.5 days holiday pay pursuant to regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1998, being £88.09. This sum is awarded gross of statutory deductions.[3]The respondent wrongfully dismissed the claimant.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £267.70 in lieu of one week’s notice. This sum is awarded net of statutory deductions.[5]It is just and equitable to increase the award of £1555.04 by 25% pursuant to s207A TULRA 1992, being the sum of £388.76[6]Accordingly the total the respondent shall pay to the claimant under this judgment is £1943.80.
