It is the decision of the tribunal that the claims shall be struck out under rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 as they have not been actively pursued.REASONS
[1]The Claimant failed to attend a case management hearing listed for 11 January 2019 and has provided no explanation for her absence.[2]The tribunal wrote to the Claimant on 20 February 2019 to ask her if she intended to proceeded with the claims and if so to provide details of her allegations of discrimination.[3]Although that letter appears to have been properly addressed, no reply has been received.
