EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2303597/2017
Mr M ClarkeClaimantCarillion PlcRespondent
Employment Judge ParkinDate 17 May 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 10 April 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. In particular, he has failed to show that he has obtained the permission of the Insolvency Court to continue with his claim. The claim is therefore struck out.
