JUDGMENT
[1]the claimant’s employment with the respondent Dique Ltd commenced on 1 August 2019 and her effective date of termination of employment was 30 April 2021;[2]the claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed for lack of continuous service, since she was employed by the respondent for less than 2 years; and[3]Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for accrued paid annual leave outstanding on the termination date in the sum of £1927.79 gross.
